Hypnosis for the places where paths meet
Ember Hypnosis makes deliberate, unhurried audio sessions for the two hardest moments — the room you have to walk into, and the night you can't fall out of.
Two collections · Four recordings · Yours to keep
Recordings made to be used, not admired
Every session here is built around the same idea: change is easier when you stop arguing with yourself about it. Hypnosis works below the level where willpower lives, which is why suggestion holds when a pep talk doesn't.
Nothing here is stage hypnosis, and nothing asks you to believe anything. You put headphones on, you follow a voice for twenty or forty minutes, and something quietly rearranges itself. That's the whole method.
Long enough to actually work
Twenty-one to thirty-seven minutes. Deep states take time; three-minute meditations don't reach this far.
Files, not a subscription
MP3s you download and keep. No app, no login, no monthly charge, and they work in airplane mode.
You stay in charge
You can open your eyes, stop the audio, or set a suggestion aside at any point. Nothing takes root that you don't agree with.
Two collections, two hours of the day
Each is a pair of sessions built around the same crossroads — one for stepping forward, one for letting go.
Embodied: Confidence at The Crossroads

For the night that won't end. Two long, unhurried descents recorded to be fallen asleep to rather than finished. The Three Paths · 37 min Moon Over The Crossroads · 21 min $20 View the sessionsHeadphones on. That's the setup.
Choose your hour
Daytime sessions before something that matters; sleep sessions once you're already lying down. Both work best somewhere quiet.
Follow the voice
Nothing to concentrate on, nothing to get right. Losing the thread partway through is the recording working, not you failing at it.
Come back to it
Suggestion compounds. A session used four or five times does considerably more than one heard once.
New sessions, sent when they're finished
No schedule and no newsletter filler — just a short note when a new recording is released, and occasionally something on how to get more out of the ones you have.
